I have been a member for a year since 2013. The staff and nurse used to be very friendly and service was great. The atmosphere was vibrant. Recently ever since they opened another store in level 3 of Hurstville Westfield, I find the staff to be unfriendly and cold, like they don't care much for my business. The new nurse handled the treatment well but not as friendly as the previous nurse, also nurse's mind seemed to be somewhere else, occasionally forgotten what I had asked. After the treatment, everything was in a rush to make my payment and that was it. Before i leave, the nurse asked if i have any questions but seemed anxious to get back to whatever nurse was going to do. I did not like the new cold environment, bad customer service and everything comes down to 'cash or credit?'
