I have been attending this clinic for the past year and I am very impressed with the hygiene, knowledge and high level of customer service. It’s not close to home for me but a friend had highly recommended Kathy from Laser Clinics North Rocks. It’s worth the travel! Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I am extremely impressed with North rocks staff, i have been to other clinics and been treated rudely but the girls at north rocks are all so lovely and professional always making me feel comfortable and welcomed.. I get both my laser and Cosmetic injections done at their clinic and have never had a problem
I have been going here for years and have seldom had a problem. But the one time I expressed a concern, a staff member was quick to start defending the clinic instead of actually listening to me. I was not blaming anyone for what had happened, but I know for certain it wasn't my own fault, I simply wanted advice on how to remedy the problem in the future. Not impressed.
