Un-Professional. I have been a regular customer at this Salon for over a year now for laser hair removal on chin and upper lip. Considering multiple visits, they never adjust the level of treatment required at the time in order fully remove hair on treated area. The only reason why I returned was because the staff who laser treated hair on my very first visit did an excellent job. However on subsequent visits, they change the staff who treats you on every single visit so that they can get away with claiming themselves as a 'Newbie' not knowing your History and effectively not treating you properly so that you return immediately. After 3 sessions of not having area treated properly i.e hair to be removed has not been removed at all, I've had enough and definitely going back. Why would I pay $2 from the two dollar shop for a can opener that doesn't work? It's not about the money here, it's about the solution of which clearly wasn't provided.
