At the beginning of last year I thought it was a good idea to do a NON-LASER SKINIAL PROCEDURE where the inject lactic acid into your tattoo via method of a tattoo gun. They perform 21 dots of supposedly max of 8mm and no more per session. I had 4 sessions each costing several hundreds... which resulted in severe Keloid Scarring and an abomination on my back. I was getting a large tattoo removed on my shoulder to try and get it off for my wedding which was supposed to be December 2014.

Unprofessionally. Had a consultation and assistant staff did most of the talking. Staff persuaded me to go with the dearer option and once I had saved up to have the procedure done the doctor said that procedure isnt appropriate for me. Staff said they will phone me back because the computers were down so they couldn't schedule another consultation appt. Staff never phoned and that was months ago. I didnt persist with making another appt. The practice seems unorganized and and simply unprofessional.
So sorry about the mix-up, computer problems. We do care about all our patients. In our practice all significant treatment decisions are finalized by our doctors after nurses have discussed all available treatment options. We are happy to offer you a follow-up appointment.
