I am unhappy with this business too. They seem really nice and helpful on the phone and don't follow through. The management cannot be found and I am waiting on Santa photos which were taken at Waurn Ponds on December 14th and I am stil waiting for them. They are Christmas photos FGS, so I will demand a refund.
Very unhappy with the service they rush everything and are very unfriendly to deal with. also very unhappy with the end result after they had to fix my order 3 times and i am still not happy. i will not be returning to them for any printing needs in the future.
This firm were in charge of the Santa photos at Waurn Ponds and I had my granddaughter taken with Santa on the 14th December. Paid $35 for a pack and postage and STILL WAITING FOR PHOTOS. They are Christmas photos FGS, so what sort of a business are they running here. Many phone calls, but the manager is not surfacing. Looks like I will hve to take a trip into the business in Geelong, and see if I can get these photos or at least a refund.
