I was really pleased with the results of my treatments and the fact that there is a half price day is excellent too, if you can make it. It does, however, mean that it is always very busy. You need to book well ahead of time and it is probably a good idea to book several sessions once you are sure what you want.

This is by far the best laser and skin clinic I have visited in Australia. I'm a beauty therapist myself with over 30 years of USA's experience and can't help but evaluate everything whenever I go for a facial or a body treatment. Everything about this place is 5 star!! Their professional phone manner, warmth of the place, ethics of therapists, knowledge and quality of information given at the consultation. 5 star all the way! I will most definitely be back next time I'm in beautiful Melbourne.

I just did my 4th session of laser hair removal today :) I had my face and underarms..and brazilian. A few more sessions and I shall be done :)



I saw results after my first treatment. After my 2nd and 3rd one, I was amazed, as I didnt see much hair growing back at all. Only very little came through and it took a very long time. I found this place and I hope everyone else that has been here will rate them because they are so dedicated to their work and they dont rip you off as so many other places do these days. The only thing is they are super busy, so I now book 2 future appointments in advance and I can always get in :)

I'm more than happy with Botox injections I've done in this clinic recently. I had great educational consultation, side effect and after care were explained so clear as never before. I tried Botox in other clinics too but it wasn't the same. The staff really went out of their way to fit me in for the time slot I requested. I will be going back for other treatments soon.

Its hard to imagine (unless you have the same issue) the pain caused by facial hair for a young, otherwise attractive, unmarried woman. I looked for laser hair removal Melbourne clinics and went to many local laser salons. I was repeatedly told by the laser and ipl salons that both laser and IPL are not going to work for me because I have PCOS and my hair growth is hormonal and will not respond. When I came to see Julia at Laser, Skin & Wellness Centre in Chadstone I had almost no hope left. Even though Julia was cautions not to be extremely optimistic she said she dealt with a lot of women with PCOS and the results were consistent and promising. I started my treatments and within just two sessions I felt as if a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I felt it working.
