Lash and Brow Boudoir

I did lash lift there 1 month ago and so unhappy with the result. I booked online with the lash specialist and as she was fully booked for couple of weeks, I had to wait to book a time with her but when I got there another lady (one of the threading ladies) did my job. The result was a disaster. My lashes bended in wrong way and every time I put on mascara hate to look at myself in mirror. I went back there two days later and another lady tried to fix it which helped a bit but still my lashes look so not nice. Just giving my lashes time to be relaxed.

I've been coming here for over 2 years now to have my eyebrows done however I've just started getting my lashes done as I've had bad experiences over the years BUT this place is awesome for lashes. Every time I have them done they look brand new and last for ages. The girls are all so friendly. Highly recommend if you want you Lash extensions and brows on point.

I have been to a number of places to get lash extensions and this place was one of the worst.

I went a few times in the hopes that they would work out but the last time I went in, the technician pulled at my lashes over and over again - it was extremely painful and even hurt the next day.

I got them removed and realised that my natural lashes were damaged - sparse and broken. This should not happen and I've never had damage before.

They need to train their staff. Not recommended - don't risk your lashes.
