LASH Envy

Not happy! Went for eyelash and eyebrow tint. Eyelash tint was good but not the eyebrow tint. I asked for dark brown eyebrow tint and got black. I only have a thin line of eyebrow hair. I ended up with black tint on the skin above and under the eyebrow hairs as well as over the hairs. It was about 2cm of thick black line, it was a shock to look in the mirror, I looked ridiculous. I have been getting tints for years but never had anything so bad. I said they had to fix it and why did they do that. The girl said she misunderstood. I said that eyebrow hairs is what was supposed to be tinted. She said she didn't put any Vaseline under or above the hairs to stop tint going onto skin. They sort of fixed it by waxing above and underneath the hair, which caused extreme redness and itchiness. This place used to be great, but other people are there now. Have been a client since December 2011, All I can say is Deb you're an amazing eye lash specialist - the best in Sydney in my opinion :-) I love my lashes and if I take great care of them, they can last 4-5 weeks.
