I ordered a couple of items from the website with express postage last Monday night. It has still not arrived and I have not heard back from the message I have left, nor had a reply to my email. The reason express was chosen and paid for was because of my son's upcoming soccer tournament. I would like someone to get back to me with the update of where it is please.
Stumbled across this online store and reached out via email. Steve was very fast in responding so I placed an order after reading the T&Cs on returns as buying anything online is always a bit tricky.
My package arrived including a FREE gift but unfortunatly a few items didnt quiet fit correctly so I emailed them straight away to arrange a return. I never heard back and had to email again on more than one occasion to generate a respone! ...read more
