I had the best haircut and service at Latinos Hair Studio. Would highly recommend going back, well deserved 5 star ??

Not impressed by the staff or the premises. I had a 3 o clock appointment. I arrived on time and was seated and cloaked in the stylist chair. Fifteen minutes later I was still sitting there and when I enquired what was happening I was told that the stylist was running late. Why was this not explained to me at the start? I got the feeling that I was not welcome and was completely ignored. Running late is something that happens all the time but a gentle word of apology and the offer of a coffee would have been the correct customer service and would not have resulted in this review.
I actually left and will not be making another appointment. I went elsewhere and received courteous treatment.

I had been to two different hairdressers and none could get the colour untll i founf LATINOS HAIR STUDIO! They got it right the first time. The service was great, staff are kind and friendly. I love my Colur and cut.

Was really disappointed with the service at Latinos. I was booked in for a colour and cut. I was just wanting to get my regrowth done. My hair turned out a totally different colour to what I wanted I did wait a few days to see if it would fade. Few days later was still not happy went back and they put some foils in it. (charged me for it). I did worn the stylist my hair throws red which is what it has done now from the foils. I wont be giving them another chance.

Was halfway through my haircut, when the boss came over to interject in the discussion I was having with my stylist to tell her not to bother with my outrageous demands (wanted my fringe straight) and that you can't please everyone lol. I was so embarrassed (as was my stylist). I paid as the manager continued to harangue me about my unreasonable demands) and my stylist quietly and profusely apologized. I managed to say simply that it was very rude before leaving, not wanting a further embarrassing scene. Went to another hair salon who fixed my crooked fringe for free.
