Laundrymutt Dog And Cat Supplies And Dog Grooming

I've had terrible experiences with this business, and have finally learned my lesson. They deliver poor quality of service, and charged me $160 for a bath, a half a brush, and left the dog undried. Do not recommend.

Great groomers, terrible owner. This place does a really nice job of grooming, but the owner should not be let loose with customers, he is an argumentitive and unpleasant person. I agree with the review regarding random pricing, its different every time for the same job. The owner has meet me and my dog many times but steadfastly pretends that its the first visit every time. I hope his groomers don't quit because the business won't last if they do.

Rang up to see if they had a product in stock. The answer could have just been "no," but they launched into a 5 minute diatribe about how they never had the product and that no one has ever even asked for one in the whole 2.5 years they have been there, and no one would probably have one in stock. I hate bad customer service, but I REALLY hate "service" that makes me feel like I'm stupid.

The dog groomers here are the kindest and most caring I have come across. They do a beautiful job.

We have been using Laundrymutt for a couple of years now & have found them to be excellent. Because they are so popular we had to take her to another groomer in Richmond last summer when we couldn't get an appointment & when we picked her up she was clearly traumatised (shaking & cowering). So were very happy to return to Laundrymutt (she is always very happy when we collect her from there!)- we just have to make sure we book ahead now!
