REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Involves performing a General Musculoskeletal Screen treating the areas of complaint and then retesting to see any improvements.
Recommended for people with injuries, neck and shoulder problems, low back or hip pain.


DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Long slow deep strokes to Legs, Glutes, Back and Neck.
Working on Trigger points. Arms and front of legs can be done at your request.
Recommended for maintenance.


SPORTS MASSAGE
Pre-Event- fast semi firm strokes along length of muscles to warm, increase blood circulation and activate your fast twitch fibres.
Post Event- Medium to slow firm strokes to shift lactic acid, lengthen muscle fibres and activate the slow twitch fibres for cool down.


RELAXATION MASSAGE
Long light to Medium strokes the length of the muscles, circular motions, kneading and working on some trigger points.
Full back includes Legs, Glutes, Back and Neck or a Full body includes, Front of legs and arms.
Recommended for Stress, Depression and General well being.


MANUAL LYMPH DRAINAGE
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a gentle type of massage that relaxes the nervous system and aids the bodies immune system.
Recommended for sore throats, colds,infections, excess fluids, low immunity, swelling from injuries, Softening scar tissues, Promoting healing & recovery post surgery, Cellulite, Arthritis, Detoxification, Chronic fatigue, Neorological disorders.
