Be really careful purchasing from here as they don't offer refunds. This isn't made clear when you are paying - the shop assistants don't actually tell you this. They will only very reluctantly offer store credit. If you're looking for shoes down puckle st you would be much better off to go to Jo Merci or Cinori. They have far better and warmer customer service and do allow refunds. Laurent shoes also never gets more sizes in so their stock is very limited. Out of the 20 times I've asked to try something on, they have only had a size 41 once. My advice would be spend your money elsewhere and at least get service with a smile when you're paying good money for boots!

Awful customer relationships. My experience was a heel snapping off one of my shoes, and being told it's the way I walk. Had to go directly to the manufacturer who are repairing them. This poor customer service will eventually catch up and affect your business.

Best range and best shoe store ever, the only store that gives you good old traditional service. They have the best range of shoes my favourite shoe store in Melbourne.

Don\'t bother with this store and staff. Bought a pair of shoes that cost over $200 which tore after the first wear. Wanted a simple exchange...was told the shoes would need to be sent to head office to decide what should be done and I would receive a phone call advising me of the plan within 2 weeks. I asked the sales assistant to stress I'd only worn the shoes once. Their response they\'ll be able to tell by looking at them. 2 weeks later no reply, I called up and was advised I'd be called tomorrow with an outcome. I called late the next day and asked to speak to a management as I hadn't heard anything. The staff was as rude as they come and the exact opposite of who you'd want to represent your business. They were obstructive and said we could talk to them, and refused to pass us on to management. Favourite shoe store in Melbourne. Huge selection of brands and styles. Manage to walk out with a pair or 2. Recently purchased shoes online. Process was quick and easy.
