'Laurent' shoe store has the most limited stock and carries the most irregular sizes.
After no luck trying to find a shoe in my size at the Melbourne Central store, I looked again in the Chapel street store. Again there was no sizes in a 5 or 6 of the 20+ shoes I asked to try.
I asked them if I could get the voucher extended until some shoes in my size arrived. They were so rude and inconsiderate saying I should have used it earlier, what was I doing a month ago? I was just being picky and they were too 'fashion forward' for my taste and that I wasn't going to find anything with my $100 voucher, saying I was cheap. They went on to say that it was my fault, because my size is too small and that just because 1 person can't find a shoe in their store it wasn't their problem.
Never been talked to so rudely .
Will not be going back there, neither should you!
