Their is s florist in Laurieton NSW. ' Field Flowers ' - not like the florist before but decided to buy a bunch of colourful flowers for a gift. The lady - went to the fridge and pulled out exactly 5 flimsy stalks that had not many flowers on them - I asked how much so far and she said " oh it now going past $47.00 ! I was shocked as the flowers could have been picked on the roadside or from a nice person offering a few stalks from their garden ! The florist before would put together a beautiful array of colour and fullness and wrapped for $50.00 or less ! I had to walk out as the florist said " oh you pay for my work to". Honestly to the fridge and back and putting 5 flimsy flowerless stalks in paper and asking over...yes $50.00 ! O went to Woolworths and bought two bunches of flowers for $25 , took them home and wrapped in brown paper and a beautiful bow- looked fabulous !!!
