Laurieton Plaza Theatre

Thank you to the Laurieton Theatre - for such a lovely old worldly experience ,full of charm and fun !! Thank you to the wonderful men that keep the Cinema going and nice that coffee,tea and all sorts of goodies can be had ! The staff are really lovely ,the décor beautiful and how a Cinema should be . To think there is such a lovely lake / river at the end of the street . I used to live in Sydney before living in Kendall and I would travel from Sydney - full knowing that I must visit this wonderful magical Cinema . thank you !

Absolutely superb little theatre.
The experience watching a movie in this theatre gave me a warm satisfied feeling . The staff were excellent with their service, I recommend visiting this theatre whilst in Laurieton.

Disappointing, had daily session board up saying what was on that day, then came back to watch one of them and they just decided to close?! Just a "sorry where shut" why advertise it then? Waste of time.

Beautifully decorated cinema, has that old world charm. Very friendly and helpful staff and great choice of yummy snacks to munch on while watching. Great coffee too!

Comfy seats (even downright luxury in the newer small theatre) and being able to take your fragrant coffee and nibbles in with you make the viewing experience at the Laurieton Plaza more like relaxing in your own living room. The super friendly staff and even friendlier crowd make for a very enjoyable outing to view the latest movies or special screenings of foreign movies from the Film Festivals. We go there often and feel extremely lucky to have the Plaza and it's owners here in our town.
