Terrible service. Went into the hair salon to get my hair done as the very popular balayage.. Was not at all balayage!! I actually bring in a photo for the hair stylist to show exactly what I wanted. It's the same colour all the way through and they charged me $310... I left in tears and when I came back with some balls I sat waiting for the management for 15mins before finally came back to face me than asked me "well what's the problem?" At this point of taken a photo of my hair and the other.. Management then used hair dresser jargon to steer their way around that it was never going to look like the photo... Hmm? Well shouldn't you of told me that before you put a whole lot of bleach through my already blonde hair?? When I began to become upset again because they said I will not be getting a refund... Great way to avoid a refund guys!!!
