I really like Rosemary she is very caring and helpful. When I had to put my dog down she gave us time to say goodbye. I used to have a vet come to my place but found him very rude unlike Rosemary. There is one person there that is very abrupt and have never seen her smile but I don't care as Rosemary makes up for it. I was surprised to get a box of flowers from Rosemary with a little note the next day after my girl was put to sleep so very considerate.
Took my puppy in for his second vaccinations, the vet that we saw called our puppy fat, wrote the word 'keg' next to his weight on his check up form and informed us that there was nothing wrong with him.
We took him to another vet a few days later to find out that the puppy has fleas and worms after we had been told nothing was wrong with him.
Very rude service upon arrival. Treated poorly when we did not know where the scales were and when we asked any sort of question about our puppy!
I was subject to rude service too from Naomi at reception. Just being there in the waiting room annoys her. I got the same bad attitude when I asked about the scales and even worse when I enquired about the pet tag engraving service. Gets annoyed if you ask her to remove the house cat when bringing in a dog. She needs to go or be spoken to by Rosemary. Wont be going back because of her. Also wouldn’t leave my pets alone with people like her. Keep getting reminder notices from them. Go to Wyndham Vet now - bigger waiting room and scales are easily accessible.

Rosemary is not only a vet but an avid animal lover who loves every pet that is brought through her door.
Everytime we bring my mums cats there she always has to have a kiss and cuddle of them before she begins the consultation.
The little one Azlan has recently been diagnosed with a condition of his kidney where he has to eat specially formulated food for the rest of his life which has been abit traumatic for my mother and rosemary has been great with advice and support.
She also offers the best deal around for people wanting to get a kitten.
You get the kitten, which is normally from a litter someone has brought in so your saving a stray which is great - but she includes desexing, microchipping and the first 3 needles all for $200. Trust me I've looked around and there is no better deal than that!
Rosemary and her team perform there little miracles every day. The service they give and the support when things aren't good are second to none. These people deserve a medal. Mollie my labradoodle had a very hard act to follow with the death of our beautiful boy Murdoch. He was a 6 year old golden retriever that developed cancer and the attention Murdoch and our family received was appreciated. Well done team.
