We used Property Law Solutions for conveyancing December 2013 and felt that the service was unprofessional and staff difficult to deal with.
The main concern we had was being yelled at by one of the conveyancing staff - we will not be utilising their services again.
We were subsequently contacted by Property law solutions and were provided an apology for the treatment by a previous staff member, who is no longer employed. We have recently been provided excellent conveyancing services by staff (James) and are very happy with our service. We would recommend the fast and responsive conveyancing services.
