Hired this company to do the concreting and tiling for a patio extension in November. I was promised completion of work before Christmas. Concreting was done and old tiles removed fairly quickly but old glue not removed. Now they had disappeared and has not returned my calls, messages or emails for the last 3 weeks. I am left with unfinished work and am also out of pocket for the skip hire and removal of rubbish theyleft behind. Truly unprofessional behavior and would advise against hiring of his services.
I have been in business now for 8 years and this is the first customer to ever complain .. I think that says enough about this person.
After you disappeared I had to get in another contractor to rectify your work. They couldn't believe the work you had done. The concrete had no expansion joints, the footing was giving away, the edges weren't straight, it wasn't level so water was pooling up.
My comments don't say anything about me. I'm not getting anything out of this. Why would i waste any more of my time on you? All I'm hoping is that my experience will help others avoid suffering from your bad work.
My only reply to your comment is as I stated previously ..
Like most business that are out there we all seem to get that one customer that is never happy .

Its funny that your not even bothering to reply to the issues i have listed. I'm not surprised since you didn't respond to any of my communications for an explanation of your actions. Yes I'm an unhappy customer and with good reason. Initially i was unhappy with your behavior and work. Now im really annoyed with your attitude. I don't need a response from you anymore. You can explain that to the BSA as I have commenced a formal complaint process. I have evidence of your quote, payment made to you, and photos of the work and the issues.
I also find it funny keisneil and im also annoyed ..
And if it makes you happy I've had my chat with the BSA back in February it was very interesting and informative .. Once again thank you ..
