Lawrence Dry Cleaners

Went to Lawrence dry cleaners to have some suit pants lengthened by 20mm (alterations). The pants returned with a 40mm alteration. They admired that they had not remeasured after they had pinned at the requested leg length. I requested that they correct the error and resize to the requested length. I was told by the staff that I was too picky, too sensitive and that tailors measure outside pant length with a “different tape”. They wouldn’t accept they made a mistake and complained when I pushed the issue. If you have quality clothes that you want altered find somewhere more professional than here.
