The service I received from Lawrence Dry Cleaners (specifically from the Chatswood Chase store) was absolutely atrocious! I took in some bedding to be dry cleaned and it was returned to me dirty and smelling like a Charity shop!! There was absolutely no evidence that my items had been cleaned, and to top it off, I was charged $133 to have my items returned to me in a filthy condition. After calling head office to complain, I was accused of being 'a random person' that they couldn't help unless I returned to the branch to fill out paperwork, and somehow their mistake ended up being my fault for 'not giving them another chance to fix their error'. I'm sorry, but when you dry clean items that I sleep on, and return them dirty, I do not believe I am required to give you another chance. I am still waiting for a full refund for services NOT rendered.
WORST DRY CLEANER EVER!!! They left iron scorch marks (+20cm) on my husband's white shirts. Angry, rude customer service. It takes about 5 days to get anything back from them. They give back clothing dirty when it needs surface cleaning. They are very expensive. They are "too busy" to give you a quote.
Dropped off two coats there as I only work around the corner. More expensive than expected $52 for two coats. I went back a few days later, after the time they had said would be fine to pick it up. I went back and they said their machine had broken and they have had to send the coats somewhere else. I went back a week later and the coats were done. The service was okay, but definitely not worth $52. Customer service was a bit odd, different person there each time I went and all seemed a bit confused.
This is second time I have used their service and would be the last. My husband have a habit to keep his cuff link in his jacket and without knowing its there cus I only check the pants before sent them to dry cleaning. And my husband rang them to ask whether they found any cuff link based on surname and receipt number but they said no there is no cufflink found in husband suits. I had to go to the shop and ask them properly whether they had seen my husband cuff link and finally they find it. That's only the first time I used their service and recently I have the same issue with the cuff link but this time when I went there to ask them the staff member was shown me a box full of buttons and ask me whether I can find any cuff link in there. I was really angry because the the staff members was so rude and refused to check the cuff link at the back.
