Lawrence Dry Cleaners

I've used this dry cleaner many times now for coats, suits and silk dresses mostly without issue. The last time however they shrunk my designer coat by 1 inch in length. It was a comfortable fit to begin with so I can still wear it but its clearly shrunk as the lining is now an inch longer than the coat. This is the second time they dry cleaned this coat the first time without incident. The label reads that they must use low heat and I guess they didn't bother to check this time. The buttons of the coat they did wrap in foil to protect them which was good.
