Lawrence Dry Cleaners

They are terrible and a ripoff!!!Twice now I have bought in shirts with stains that I know for a fact weren't washed and cleaned . Looks like they were pressed but not put through the washer. Then we when speaking to there staff there is no level of care factor at all. Just sorry as if they know....

Incredibly disappointed, I usually trust Lawrence dry cleaners and they're my go to. I took my dress with make up stains to the Waterloo drive thru and paid for the service. Only when I got home did I notice the tag pinned to the garment saying that they do not wish to clean the garment in case it causes harm to fabric. At no point was I told this was the case and they aren't being cooperative with a refund

Lawrence Dry Cleaners are atrocious. I have never had what could be regarded as an acceptable level of service, and given the prices they charge in comparison to everyone else one would expect quality service; it is very much not. Indeed the care taken with clothes is unacceptable; I have had multiple buttons lost, creases put in odd places and at no point have the staff offered to assist when this has occured.

Another glowing example of their dedication to customer service is their discount vouchers, which despite saying on them evouchers must be printed and handed in. Clearly not a business of the 21st century.

If any of this were in isolation I could accept it, but the consistently poor service means I can in no way support this business ever again, and I strongly urge everyone to do the same as in now way could I recommend them.

Lawrence Dry Cleaners lost an expensive Hugo Boss suit of mine. The frontline staff were vague and evasive simply stating 'you have to come back in a few days' and muttering something about sequence numbers. These guys have a great location and very easy access. Drive in, out of the weather and then drop off or pick up your clothes.

Dry cleaning is OK.



Business shirts, I'm sorry to say, are not good. The first time I had them done, I didn't think they had been pressed at all. I asked for them to be re-pressed. They came back much stiffer, but with in a pattern that looked much like a wrinkled shirt.



Very disappointing.
