Got the hurry on when negotiating $5,000 bike because it was close to end of day. Upon pick up, requested bike to be checked over and for bike fitting/set up, instead got the hurry on again and was attended by apprentice who did not know anything about my requests. Poor customer service and unprofessional.#reviewtowin

Very disappointed in the attitude of certain staff members of this shop. They think nothing of belittling you if you have anything other than a top of the range bicycle. Happened to me twice now...........their rudeness means I'll be taking my custom elsewhere.
