I just rented a house through this agent. They gave me same-day reponse after I submitted application forms. Not like other reviews said, I feel that they are nice people and helpful. Most of the poor reviews are bond related. I believe if you take proper care of your renting property, you would get your bond fully returned. I've rented several properties during recent years and I got all bonds fully returned. Hope the bad experience which stated by other customers would not happen to me. Five stars for their efficient service. Hmm.. happy renting :)

Everything people have said, we experienced. The most inept and unprofessional mob. We are certain they are all related so nobody cares. Even our landlord was probably a relative. Stay clear of them.

BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Do not ever use this real estate agency! Not even if they were the last one on this planet! I leased a commercial property and handed over the requested amount of 3 months bond. $10,999 - This was to be TRUST MONEY. This money was never returned, along with the rent in advance that I paid additionally of $3666! This family run business have no one to answer. This means they can do as they please and treat you however they personally feel! From the minute go I had issues with the landlord not completing the works they agreed to and it delayed me opening along with many other issues! As were the managing agent I went to them for support, INSTEAD THEY said to me, "they work for the landlord, NOT the tenant and I had no rights. I was horrified at what they had just said. have recently rented from this agent and found them to be a complete nightmare to deal with. They were extremely rude and unhelpful and insist on arguing with you when you have a maintenance issue and they just turn up at your house unannounced. Never in my life have I dealt with such unreasonable rude realestate agents in all my life. never again.

Spent two years renting from this agency - and I dad to say I disliked every minute of it. Not happy to have wasted two years here.

Management of this establishment is extremely rude and doesn't homer written contracts.
