LDA Air

two days after been told several times and informed of a $600 call out charge, they finally tell us that they are not coming out, after standing my pregnant wife up not once not twice but 3 times, they tell us there not coming, in 35 degree plus heat. meanwhile the airconditioner they installed 5 years ago (yes this was installed by them too), has now completely destroyed our roof due to their shoddy workmanship, air condition ducts taped with packing tape pipes not glued, (this was a $36,000 install) even though all this we where happy to pay for the emergency repair, but no, this is a direct quote from the owner "were really busy and we dont need you money" WOW thats just, WOW! A simple sorry where to busy would have been fine, we could have organised someone else

We have had issues with our Actron Airconditioner and it’s Wireless “AutoConnect” module. This $600 extra module has been repaired before but yet again it’s not working and not allowing control of the system. On contacting LDA we were told it would be 4 weeks to attend to fix. A date was finally organised to for LDA to attend but they didn’t show up at all. No phone call, no message. I had to follow up to then be told they are going to get Actron Air to come out instead and who knows when that will be. To state “Dedicated Customer service” and 100% Customer satisfaction Guarantee” on there website is far from what we received!
