For Christmas I purchased a necklace from this store for my wife. The stones fell out within a couple of months. When we returned to the store the Manager was exceptionally rude and refused to refund the purchase price for the item that was clearly unfit for purpose. When I pointed out that under Consumer Law we had a right in the circumstances to request a refund, she simply confirmed her refusal to refund the purchase price and insisted that the necklace be returned to the manufacturer for repairs. I would highly recommend avoiding this store and to choose any of a number of other jewellery stores in the area.

I went to this jewellery store to buy Pandora the staff at the counter looked at me as though I was a bothersome customer and not in the least worth helping, they gave me the worst service I have ever experienced from a jewellery store so I cannot recommend them.
