The Le Desire products are not cheap and worst of all they do not allow exchange once it's sold. I bought some essential oil and when I wanted to to exchange for a different scent, they said they can't exchange it for hygiene reason. The products are not something to be taken internally and they can see the products have not been opened and were still brand new, yet insisted they cannot exchange it for hygiene reason. What a whole load of rubbish! If the essential oil that has not been opened has a hygiene issue, if they cannot trust the customers, how can we trust them? I have decided I am not going to make any more purchase from Le Desire as I am not able to shop with confidence.
I have never received such poor customer service in my life.

Just to be fair and honest - Le Desire Chadstone has now kindly rectified and settled this matter. Which I am thankful for.
