Le Pine Asian Funerals

We paid for additional catering for all the guests. On completion of the service the majority of guests could not stay due to the lack cooling We had planned and Irish funeral afterwards. Normally our family and friends would attend but the heat of the service took a lot out of the guests and could not stay on. Half the food and drinks were left over.The DVD of the funeral was pathetic to say the least. They missed half the service. They ruined what was to be a straight forward simple funeral service. When we complained to the management they offered $300 off the price of the funeral or if we did not like that take us to VCAT.(Attitude) We did not feel they listen to our issues. We were grieving for our loss and felt Le Pine were only concerned about getting their money. We totally understand we are at mercy of the weather but we paid a substantial amount of money for this service and comfortable surroundings for our guests.
