Quick delivery of product and good customer service. Highly recommend!

Have used their ebay store several times without problems and so decided to drop into their Ringwood store to check on parts availability. A very bad mistake on my part as the staff were unhelpful, rude and patronising. These guys haven't a clue about 'customer service' and started arguing with me about the quality of the parts I wanted - a big "fail" in my opinion. Best avoided.

I have purchased some shoes Shimano MTB shoes that have had problems with the soles. Letour have been so helpful and have gone beyond normal levels of customer service trying to get the problem resolved with Shimano. Hans and Steve are excellent to deal with. I will definitely buy from Letour again.

Ordered a set of tyres, tubes & pedals from the online store, it was a week before I was informed that my order had been picked up by the courier & 11 days more to receive my order.
however I then found that the wrong tubes had been sent, so I emailed Le Tour Cycles of
the problem & as it was their mistake they dispatched the correct tubes the following day
which I received a week latter. overall I would have to say that I did get a very good deal on
my tyres, the delivery is a bit slow but yes I would use them again as when mistakes happen they did handle it correctly

Fantastic service and great advice. The prices are very competitive, but when you add this to the great experience from the staff you can't go wrong. (No, I'm not connected to the business in any way) Will definitely be back and will tell all of my cycling mates to shop here!
