Carmel and the rest of the staff are great people, very kind and knowledgable about the films they have in stock. They're great friends of my family's and so obviously i know them quite well, having been going to them for years and knowing them for years. you can trust that they're going to give you a good deal and be kind a curteous either over the phone or in store. great business

Great business - feels a little old in the store but they have a really good range and they're really flexible. I had a late DVD and just rang through and asked to extend it and they did it over the phone - will definitely be going back!

Positives: With a great range of DVDs for anyone, Leading Edge video is good for anyone. Plus there's an amazing range of TV series, and of course DVDs to buy. And- you can get some really good deals like 5 weeklies for $10, whereas DVDs are $3 each.



Negatives: Although they have a good collection, it will take around a year and a half to 2 years before a new release will go to a weekly. But other than that, they have friendly cooperative staff that are willing to accept your requests and help you find any DVDs that you can't find yourself!

Competitive prices, (super cheap Mon to Thurs!), have all the new releases and great range of older releases, weeklies etc. Hundreds of new and ex-rentals to buy. If they don't have what you are after, they will order it in for you. Very knowledgeable staff (always a bonus when you go in not knowing the name of a new release but you remember the preview etc!). Can ring ahead to reserve what you want & even better, they are fair with overdue fee prices.
