Leah's Waxworks

Went here to get a nostril wax and I did say to the receptionist that I wanted it all gone. I get hay fever when it gets to long so opt to wax once a month. The beautician who was also the receptionist did my wax and was putting the stick right to the back of my nostril where there was no hair. She was sticking it to the top but not the bottom and quickly said done before I could even say anything. Normally they give u a mirror to look while ur on the table but nope this one said done and then walked out. Charged me $10 and I walked out with hair still in there. U can easily see up my nose so this service is a big deal to me. I wasn’t going to write a review but it played on my mind because I’m still walking around with hair in there and it feels uncomfortable. If u go to this salon u need to be stern and clear with them. I think the other beauticians would had did a good job but this one just seemed impatient and not in the mood to give a quality service.

Leah"s Waxworks has never been known for good customer service but today Leah's @ Bondi took this reputation to a whole new level of awfulness. I was told the wait would be 15mins which was fine so I popped out and back, then waited...waited...waited. People were arriving and going in before me. So finally I asked if my name was down there as I have been waiting for more than 35mins by now. No it was not, so they put the name down and still I waited...waited...waited. People were arriving and going straight in. Finally I walked out and down the road to Beauty Wax Bar and got straight in. This place is cleaner, the wax is kinder and the prices are similar so I think I have found my new place for waxing. The staff were nicer as well. Leah's @ Bondi is so filthy now that it won't be hard to not go back there

Terrible service. Not a smile or a thank you. Unjustified prices the staff wouldnt wax my bikini entirely !! Wouldnt recommend nor go back. This place is a ripoff with no professional experience.

Worst Brazilian of my life. I've been getting Brazilian every month for 10 years all over the world and this was the worst. A complete rush job by people who are clearly not trained. Wax and hair still left on me. A waste of money and time. Plus I'm minus a few bits of skin. I'd never go back.

If you want an eyebrow waxed off go here!



I went to the salon, based on a friend saying it was a good salon with decent pricing.

I went and had a half leg wax, eyebrow wax and lip wax.



It was a walk in appointment on a Saturday which was great; however, the quality of the service was appalling.



They waxed half of my right eyebrow off - and since they didn't give me a mirror to look at the job they did I paid and only found out once I went home! This is disgusting, if you make a mistake like that (especially since I said I wanted them done for a function I was going to that evening), own up to it and apologise and don't charge the customer.



They missed a lot of hair on the lip wax and leg wax - which again I didn't realise until I got home.



I would never recommend this store to anyone and won't be going back!
