I wish I could leave less than one star - staff were rude, inconsiderate, the place was filthy and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable and bleeding after a Brazilian. Horrible customer service and half the wax and hair is still attached to my body. Really really awful.

Have every experienced such poor customer service. Was completely appalled about how rudeness and insensitive they were.

The absolute worst place!
I went here for a quick eyebrow wax and even after telling the lady 4 times I wanted them 'tidied' up and not thin I ended up with two completely different shaped eyebrows... Both of which were THIN! She then claimed they were always like that (not true) and tried to tell me they looked better now.
Whilst I wasn't charged, as in their words 'I was clearly unhappy', I still now have the long task of growing them out.
Will never return and will never recommend.

Bad service, wax all over the table, dirty, staffs were miserable and rude. They looked like they didn't want to be there, and that negativity rubbed off. It was cheap but I'd rather pay a bit more for decent service.

Shocking bad service. Went to have a number of services and practically felt like they didn't even want me there even though I was paying them never again go here
