I am a qualified Occupational Therapist of 20 years and trained as a life coach using Neuro lingulistic programming as my basis for my coaching sessions. My aim is to support you in defining and then achieving your goals, dreams, however big or small. The work might involve clearing blocks, old habits and creating new positive ones to ensure you go forward in what you want to achieve
The sessions can be conducted via skype or face to face.
