Leasing Property WA commenced trading in 2003 when our Principal, Lyn Coulter initially recognised the need for a Real Estate company specialising in Property Management

Many Real Estate offices use their Property Management Division without the Owner of the business having an understanding of this specialised area. The business owners of most Real Estate companies have a sales background and employ Property Managers to run the department.

Leasing Property WA is run by Property Managers, one being the Principal ensuring that your investment and you the Owner, receive the service and attention you deserve.
