This is one of the rare places that does suitcase and luggage repairs and it is used for repairs by all the airlines. The workman ship, the turn around time to get your luggage repairs done and returned to you, is awesome. Great work and quick turn around time. Unfortunately the customer service with the lady accepting your item for repair lacks customer service and finds it difficult to be pleasant. There is a small range of quality suitcases, luggage and bags available for purchase. Highly recommended for repairs, but dont expect pleasant customer service.
