Horrible service. The man representing the purchaser of a home refused to do anything he was hired to do. He didn't follow up his client in depositing the 10% deposit at the end of the cooling off period, didn't confirm the end of the cooling off period with his own client or the vendor's solicitor or even the agency the home was purchased through and proceeded to abuse team members of the agency AS WELL AS the vendor's solicitor. Atrocious. Furthermore, he threatened to get his purchaser to rescind, after the cooling off period where the purchaser WOULD LOSE 10% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE?! Furthermore, he was unprepared to have settlement on the proposed date as per the contract of sale and requested an extension due to his own laziness!
Do not use their services, you will be disappointed and will potentially lost tens of thousands of dollars due to the extreme lack of diligence.
