Leeming Medical Centre

The podiatrist has no people skills at all! She told my elderly parents today that they'd wasted her time because they'd gone in without a referral letter, which meant they'd have to pay if they wanted to continue with the appointment so they decided to cancel and reschedule. She told them that they'd wasted her time not once but 3 times!

I am disgusted with the service at Leeming medical centre. I am on a health plan and was due a free appointment. Last week I phoned and asked the receptionist if I was due a free appointment and she put me through to the nurse. The nurse told me I had a free appointment due and booked me in with Dr Kwa and herself on Monday. on the Friday before the appointment the nurse phoned me at 5.30pm to double check I was still coming for my Monday appointment which I said yes to. She told me to arrive 5 mins earlier to see herself first. I arrived early on Monday for my appointment. I was seen by dr kwa but there was no sign of the nurse. On leaving the appointment I was told by receptionist I owed $75. I told her no. It was my free appointment. She told me the doctor has charged me $75. The reception staff at Leeming Medical Centre are very polite and friendly the doctors are professional,pleasant and easy to talk to.

Lovely and Professional Staff and Doctors. The place is clean and well maintained and always provides a pleasant atmosphere.

Things have changed at this medical centre for the better. I saw a very nice new doctor to the practice and I was treated very politely and pleasantly by the new reception staff. Would keep coming back.
