Left waiting for 1 hour with no explanation from reception staff. Meanwhile, for entire wait staff were raucously laughing and exchanging idle chat within earshot of waiting patients. This is particularly disconcerting for patients who are feeling poorly. Dr Fields apologised for delay.

Returned 2 days later to go through results of ultrasound. Appointment was for 16:45 so rang up at 16:30 to be told that Dr Fields was running on schedule. Turned up at 16:45 to be told by receptionist, "Shouldn't be long". Waited until 17:15 when another patient was called in in advance of me. At this stage I would be lucky to see doctor at 17:30.
