Left Off The Rocks

Lunch for 4. Appealing atmosphere. Menu looked great and appeared well priced... Had to trod over a pair of thongs that belonged to a waitress (??) that was lying (barefoot, obviously) across a coffee table whilst chatting to another waitress (??) sitting on a bar stool. Neither staff member made way for us, not even for the pregnant member of our dining party, or for the one using a walking stick. We were the only customers. Our order was placed about 10 minutes after we arrived. About half and hour in two tables of two and a table of four appeared. An hour later we were still waiting for food ~ and any sign of acknowledgment regarding the whereabouts of our meals from the one waitress that was left working. We remained patient until we saw the other customers being served their meals. We were offered a round of drinks for the delay. Great food is priced well you must try the towns best tapas and wine deal at Left Of The Rocks. The accoustic music is great & party on the rest of the night with live D J's. If you are in Torquay dont miss a visit to this great venue. Left of the rocks rocks....
