Literally the most incompetent conveyancer in Victoria, if not Australia. Made countless rookie mistakes like submitting things paper based that needed to be digital because they weren’t set up properly on the platforms they were supposed to be on. Didn’t understand the details of a title transfer in context of a sale and when the mistakes piled up, she just became unreachable and caused the delay of settlement for us. We ended up needing to go to another conveyancer (effectively paying twice for conveyancing) who within a week had us back on track for what Shaz could not accomplish over several months. They also pointed out all the mistakes she had made. Avoid the drama and heartache and steer clear of this shyster and fraud!
