I am appalled at the change of service since change of ownership. I go there and asked for my meat to be cut up small and was told it would shrink! Low and behold it has ruined my dish and my opinion of the service in this butcher. I've been going to this butcher for 17 years and only now go there for certain meats. This has been dwindling down and I only do now go there because he doesn't use herbs in their crumbs. After today I will only go there with no other choice. So disappointed!
