Legion Cabs

Extremely poor service and attitude. I booked a cab 24 hours in advance to go to the airport. Was peomised a call 5 minutes prior to pick up time. Nothing. I phoned them and the lady just said, "we don't garuntee times. Its 5 mins away. Nothing for 15 mins so I called again. slightly anxious as it was an International flight. Was told cab is in the street. It wasn't. Ican see the whole length of the street from my balcony. Cab turned up 25 minutes late. Driver told us he got the job 5 minutes previously. Who is lying. Never again Legion. I have stuck solidly up to now, but this is the second such experience within 4 months. Going to Uber.

Avoid at all costs. T3514 drove into congestion then proceeded to mute/turn off his GPS when it started giving warnings about it. When directed to take an alternate route (plenty were available) he drove back into the congested street. After multiple attempts to direct him, he then proceeded to pretend to be lost and would not let us off when we demanded to be. Had reported it but the report was dismissed. Steer clear of this company.

I wish I could give them zero stars! They won't pick you up if you don't go somewhere that is far enough and you won't pay them at least $50 !

Absolutely awful company. Rude operators and rude taxi drivers. Taxis are very rarely on time and drivers yell at you if you need to travel closely. Some of them yell for more tips. Operators hang up immediately and don't let you finish your sentence. Rubbish company. They should learn first principles of customer setvice.

Always on time when I order a cab from working late or going to the airport
