Not the best representative of this otherwise fairly reliable group of Tasmanian franchises. On several occasions I've decided to give them another chance, but so far I've always regretted it. The staff are often surly or disinterested, they always seem to have chips sitting around in the bain marie, and insist on serving the customer these, rather than freshly cooked chips with each order, which other L&B outlets seem to be able to manage without too much trouble. However, they are the only store where I've been able to find the yummy Fruizee soft serve. If you're after chicken & chips, I'd recommend the Moonah/Derwent Park outlet instead.
