Steve the manager is shocking he is there to take your deposit from you but when your not happy with the service you received from him , he does not pay your deposit back. Left messages for him to call me but he is not returning my calls. Buyers be aware.

I booked a major service over the phone and requested a courtesy car. The person who received the car was very friendly but when I was at the reception to get the courtesy car, I was told off by this rude receptionist (who shouldn't be doing customer service with her attitude) that they don't accept international license. I was so crossed because first I wasn't informed over the phone which should have been their standard protocol. Secondly, I have always been a loyal customer although I could easily get another centre to do it for me at a cheaper price. She never offered any apology or recommendation despite explaining my situation (I missed work, and a few other important appointments), no empathy at all. Finally, this is just unacceptable to treat a customer. I felt humiliated and discriminated because I haven't converted my internally license to vic license. I called to book my car in for service and also asked for a complimentary car so i don't have to wait in the centre. But i was told there was none available for that day. I would need to book in at least 4-6 weeks early in order to get a complimentary car. Its a bit silly booking that far in advance when you may not be due in at that stage. However, i didn't need to wait that long as it was only my first service at 1000kms but i can imagine a longer wait for a bigger service. While i was in the centre, i visited the dealership side and i felt really uncomfortable as the sales people just do not leave you alone to look at cars. As soon as i turn around there was a sales person right behind me hungry for a sale. If anything i would think that would scare a customer and make them walk away. Although i wasn't there to purchase but i can sure say they do make customers feel really un easy.
Highly recommend.. After an awful experience at a Toyota dealership in Coburg my husband and I decided we'd try Le Mans, from the second we stepped foot on the premises we were treated with the highest regard, everything was black and white, no stone left unturned, and the customer service was second to none, and the respect they showed my 6yo boy blew both my husband and I away. If your thinking of buying a new car, head straight to Le Mans in Deer Park and ask for Ruben or Will. I promise, you will NOT be disappointed.
