I would honestly recommend that no one ever uses this hair salon. I have been a platinum blonde for 7 years without a problem until using this salon. Within the last 3 months of them doing my hair, literally half of my hair has fallen out or broken off and I have a bald patch. Management refused to issue a refund or to even get the owner to call back to discuss. Horrible customer service. NEVER USE THEM!!!

Completely massacred my hair! Asked for thinning but chomped from an inch of my scalp. Look like a Beatles haircut now! And still asked me to pay. Look like hairdressers but completely incompetent

I on the whole, dislike hairdressers- I haven't been to one in over ten years... due to health reasons I needed to get my hair cut.... I got the best hair dresser, best customer service (it was a little busy though...) just a really enjoyable time, someone who knew what they were doing, I'd go again,,, and coming from someone who doesn't go to hairdressers often, that is a HUGE compliment!!!
