Leon's Fine Dry Cleaning

It's with disappointment to leave this review. I used Leon's years ago for my wedding dress and they did such a good job. But this time was very different. I had two white Aje dresses, one with some sweat stains and the other with some discolouration form another dry cleaner messing it up. When I went in to drop them off, I explained the situation and asked if they thought they could get both out. The guy at the desk went to ask the dry cleaner and the dry cleaner said it would be fine and they would get them out.

Staff were rude and condescending. Not a pleasant experience. Manager has no manner and does not honour his promise to fix mistakes. Suit presses not done properly for a supposed Fine Dry cleaner. Better off going to a local dry cleaner where they value their customers. Expensive for extremely rude customer service and product. Highly NOT recommend

I should have read reviews before leaving my suit with them. Jacket came back crushed & ruffled like i had been sleeping in it for a week. Looks worse than when i took it in. Will source a new dry cleaner. Rubbish!!

This was the worst dry cleaning service I have ever had. They completely destroyed my skirt, it costs a fortune and they were so rude and unpleasant. I would never again use them. I can't believe they are still in business. Don't take your fine clothes, don't take any clothes to them!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to all the staff at Leon's, I sent my lamb leather top there to get it dry-cleaned, it was ruined in the cleaning process and I was told that i wouldn't ever see it again. I get a phone call in the following weeks for me to come and pick it up, and there was a brand new replacement waiting for me, honestly couldn't be more grateful at there above and beyond service, a dry cleaner you can trust :)
