I rang them after the Brisbane Floods to repair my airconditioners. They said they could do it, but when they sent their electrician out - they took one look at them and said "These have been submerged so you'll need to replace the lot". They then asked me if I would like a quote for a new system - so I said yes - not knowing that the quote alone would cost me $70. They ended up charging me $70 callout fee to tell me what I already knew - that the airconditioners had been submerged. They charged me another $70 for labour - which was for the quote. They were at my house no more than 10 minutes! I repeatedly emailed them about the unfairness of what they charged me but they never replied. Buyer beware. In the end I ended up having the air conditioners repaired by other company. They replaced the motors and they went like a charm. Instead of having to pay $7000 it only cost me $800 for two new fans. Used on a couple of occasions to repair my LCD TV's Lesside are a reliable, cheap (you can't blame them for the price of parts), and efficient company. They are a certified Samsung repairer and well worth considering if you need a TV (and I believe they do Air-cons too) repaired.
