Such a terrible experience buying helium balloons from this shop. I won't buy anything ever again from this shop. They are rude and don’t care about customer.
I ordered balloon and paid them in the morning for the party at the evening, I said i will collect by around 4.15 PM just before the party at 6.
I was then stuck in a traffic and reached the shop by 5 PM. There is no contact numbers in the order collection receipt they gave me. So I couldn’t call them.
When I found the number online and called it was going voicemail.
They had my mobile number and never bothered to call me before they close the shop. They closed the shop keeping my balloons inside.
I was fully stressed and had to visit few other shops to get the balloons in short time.
When I called and explained this next day, they were rude and told me that it’s not their responsibility to call the customer regarding collection of order.
Whenever I've bought supplies or ordered balloons from this store, it has not been without me asking a million and one questions. Apart from being indecisive, I am still learning in the area of cake making, so I've always got plenty of questions to ask regarding associated products. Every time, the ladies have really listened, answered all my questions and helped me make the right decisions for me. They are very busy and yet they have always made time to assist me. Great handy place to have nearby. Wish it was bigger with an even bigger range of party supplies & themes.
